handful of frozen strawberries
spoonful of almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
enough almond milk to cover all ingredients
Pulse in a blender for 30 seconds. Pour some for your kiddo and some for yourself. Any left overs, fill empty popsicle forms and freeze for an outdoor apres dinner treat. Oh summer. How we love you. And clearly this smoothie is toddler approved.
