HUNT HOUSE is a weekly series that I thought would be fun and basically it will be a little glimpse of some part of our home. We have lived in our sweet little cottage for two years now and its my favorite place on earth {ok well second to any place in the Rocky Mountains}. It was built in the early 1900's and has been re-done by previous owners. To kick off this series, I want to start with one my favorite parts of our house; the bay window off of our formal living room. Its a little nook that never actually gets used. I like to just stare at it. I like to rearrange the picture frames and items on the desk. This desk belonged to Case's grand father. It was passed down to his parents where it resided in their formal living room for years until it moved into our little home.  It is so special to have such a meaningful, gorgeous piece of Case's family in our home together.

Hope this first post in Hunt House was worth your while. Up next week- a little area with one of my most favorite DIY projects I have done!
